How much does Smart 100 cost?
Smart 100
Up to 10 employees: you pay a one off fee of £99 (plus VAT) which gives you access for 12 months to our online employment law Advice Manual and the legal helpline.
11-20 employees: you pay a one off fee of £125 (plus VAT) which gives you access for 12 months to our online employment law Advice Manual and the legal helpline.
Smart 200
Smart 200 will not be available until early 2010. If you would like us to email you once it is available, click here.
Does my business have to be a certain size?
Yes. We’ve designed our service and products especially for SMEs, so if you want to buy one of our products, your business must have no more than 20 employees.

What is the shortest time I have to sign up for?
12 months. This is the minimum period for which you can sign up - much shorter than the three, four or five year contracts many of our competitors insist on.
Is any type of business eligible?
Yes. It does not matter which industry your business is in. The only qualification is that you must not have more than 20 employees.
Do you have any special offers for buying?
Yes. We regularly have promotions and offers available, so keep an eye on our homepage.
Can I sign up for more than one year?
No. We believe that our customers should retain their flexibility and choice. So if you’re not happy after 12 months, you’re free to walk away. (Although of course we hope you don’t.) Don't worry though - we'll remind you when it's time to renew.
Do you have a ‘refer a friend’ scheme?
